What's required to get started?

Wallet Intelligence is free to get started! All you need is to create a Thirdwave account and then you can request an API key in the Developer Portal. All keys come with up to 10,000 API requests per month.

The 10K API response limit is not enough, how can I request more?

What are the different ways I can leverage Wallet Intelligence?

There are many different applications for wallet-aware projects to gain value from Wallet Intelligence, such as analyzing wallet audience segments to understand user quality and using real-time integrations to customize the user experience based on onchain value and behaviors. What chains are supported?

Wallet Intelligence currently supports the following chains:

  • Ethereum
  • BNB
  • Polygon
  • Arbitrum
  • Base

What tool should I use to access & leverage Wallet Intelligence?

We offer several tools to help you access, explore, and integrate Wallet Intelligence data based on your role and specific needs. Once you’ve created your API key, you can get started with one of the options below.

Integration Tools

  • ⚙️ REST API: Best for developers who need direct integration into their applications. Ideal for building custom analytics, dashboards, or in-app features.
  • 🔗 gRPC API: For performance-focused integrations with low-latency access to data, perfect for applications needing fast access, such as live dashboards or interactive experiences.

Visualization Tools

  • 💻 Command Line Interface (CLI): Perfect for users who prefer a quick and easy way to visualize data in the terminal. Useful for lookups, managing configurations, and simple automation tasks.
  • 📊 Audience Explorer: A visual tool for non-technical users or analysts looking to explore wallet data. Ideal for analyzing wallet demographics, behavior trends, and segmentation.

I have a feature request - where can I submit it?

You can submit a feature request via the feedback form in the lower right of your API Settings page, and it will be reviewed by our product & engineering team promptly. Alternatively, you can also post feedback in our Telegram channel: @ThirdwaveDevelopers. Submissions via either channel will be reviewed by the product team for prioritization.

I've encountered a bug or data issue - where can I submit it?

First, check for any service outages on our API Service Monitor. If you encounter any issues with the data responses, please submit a bug report via the bug form in the lower right of your API Settings page. Alternatively, you can also seek support in our Telegram channel: @ThirdwaveDevelopers. Submissions via either channel will be reviewed by our engineering team.
